I had the chance to chat with folks on the phone who were friendly, useful, and quick to respond to all my inquiries. I believe I can reach out to them again if I require assistance with my Blueair classic 205 air purifier. Fantastic price and top-notch delivery service.

After confirming what I really needed, I reached out to Breathing Space. The lady on the line asked me a bunch of questions to help me place the correct order since there are tons of filter types. She took my credit card info and promised it would arrive the next day. I received four emails from them regarding my order, including one that canceled it. I quickly called back, and a guy from another part of the building answered. He checked right away and reassured me that everything was still on track for delivery the next day. Before long, I got a text and an email with the delivery time window. There was just a one-hour slot, but I could adjust it if needed. The package arrived as they said, right on time. I must say, they were super professional and very courteous. During our chat, I learned it’s a small business. I've often faced letdowns with orders from Amazon, so I genuinely wish Breathing Space all the best in their efforts. Happy to do business with them!
